Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 6–10 business days (processing included). Delivery to remote or rural regions may occasionally take a little longer.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Customs, duties & taxes

On rare occasions, international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These charges, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrectly or incompletely provided address. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, please email us at hello@pokemongo.plus and we’ll make it right. Every order is also backed by our 30-day guarantee.
